For donations made to TEA LEAF TRUST with Charity Registration Number 1123427 through BetterNow the following terms and conditions apply.

1. Trademark and Copyright
The name TEA LEAF TRUST and the associated logo are owned by TEA LEAF TRUST and must not be used by others without consent from us.

All content on TEA LEAF TRUST profile page and the associated project pages are owned by TEA LEAF TRUST and must not be used or copied by others without the consent of TEA LEAF TRUST. Please contact [email protected] to request permission.

2. Refund Policy
All donations are final unless extraordinary circumstances. This could be fraudulent use of your credit or debit card or the equivalent. If your credit card has been abused, contact TEA LEAF TRUST at [email protected].

3. Security when Donating

Credit card data is handled by the payment provider Clerahaus A/S, who live up to the highest security standards and is regulated by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority. The payment solution meets PCI Level-2 standards and all communication about money and card data is encrypted.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English Law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If any dispute arises out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, an English Court of Law will be the sole competent body to hear the case.

5. Amendment to the Terms and Conditions
TEA LEAF TRUST reserve the right to change these terms of use from time to time without prior notice to you. All changes will take effect immediately. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms and be aware of any modifications.
